GUIDING PRINCIPLES

Lt Col P S Satsangi

"A child has to be taught at his pleasure, not at his peril". This philosophy of the Founder Chairman, Lt. Col. P.S. Satsangi, VSM, is the guiding principle of CSKM.

"Don't fail a child, it is murder"- Colonel Satsangi believed in the child and he made the child believe in his or her own self. His Nil Failure Policy is the foundation of our students' success. For CSKM, each child is a winner, each time and every time.

The Nil Failure concept of teaching children means that every child deserves a chance to succeed. It means that every child has a right to education. It also means that the child is helped to overcome failure and the fear of failure. No child fails in any class and this has been so since the inception of the School.

Colonel Satsangi's life is his message to us. The life he lived gives us the firm resolve to carry forward his legacy of hard work, dedication, simple and honest living, humility, compassion and generosity and, most of all, his educational philosophy which is absolutely, uniquely different and unparalleled.
